Did your purchase not satisfy you? Too bad, but don't worry. At Watersports Center you can return it within 30 days. How, we explain below.
How to return a product?
- Go to your personal "My Account" page and find the order you wish to return the item from. If you do not yet have an account or have paid as a guest, you can gain access by requesting a password from the email you used to place your order.
- If your order is not older than 30 days, you can click the return button.
- Select the products you wish to return and complete the process.
- You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Please mention the original order number on the package and also as a reference number on the shipping label.
- The status of the return will be shown in the order overview.
- When we receive the returned items, we aim to process the return within 5 business days.
- We will refund the value of the return to the payment method and account used to place the initial order. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs of the initial order. If you return the order partially, we will not refund the shipping costs of the initial order.
- You can return products to us by mail or bring them to our store at Via Enrico Fermi 42, Dervio (Lake Como).

We are not responsible if you enter incorrect details (e.g. name, address, place of residence) and, as a result, orders may not be delivered to the correct address.
Conditions of return
It is critical for us to receive the product in exactly the same condition as you received it. So please keep the packaging well and leave the label on the product if you wish to return it.
Items customized for you cannot be returned.
Regarding used items, we expect you to do a good inspection upon receipt. If you unexpectedly find a defect that we missed, please contact us within 5 business days and we will take the kite/equipment back or find another solution. As soon as we receive your return in good condition, we will transfer the amount within 7 business days via the same payment method you used to make the payment.
When can't you return a product?
Products with visible signs of use (used, worn and/or washed), missing parts, or missing/damaged original packaging. In this case, we will send the product back to you and a refund will not be made.
Return costs
Returning your items and accessories is at your own expense. You pay the shipping costs yourself. You can also return your item to our physical store in Dervio, again within 30 days.
Be sure to bring your proof of purchase.
Do you want to make a change?
If you find that you have purchased the wrong model, you can make an exchange possibly paying the difference or receiving a refund if the new product costs less.
