The bio-based foam base strikes the perfect balance between comfort, support, and freedom of movement. The Bionic Core Frame is made from 100% recycled carbon fiber sourced from production waste: a layered structure with randomly oriented fibers that pushes stiffness to 10/10 while maintaining controlled flex at 6/10. You’ll feel the difference immediately on the water, especially during strong-wind sessions: firm support without feeling restricted. Rounding out the setup are Hexagon Dry Flex padding, flexible natural foam flaps, straps made from recycled yarn, and a Battlebelt made from recycled PET.
