The space

The house consists of entrance hall with living room with Smart Tv 32'' with double sofa bed 160×200, Open Kitchen, Double Bedroom with bed 160×200 with Smart Tv 50" and wifi, Bathroom with shower, Porch Relaxation area, Private Outdoor Garden, Private Outdoor Shower, Private Outdoor Barbecue.

There is air conditioning throughout the house. Deck chairs are available for going to the beach. Towels, sheets, and shower gel and soap are available. A washing machine and dryer are present.

Free reserved uncovered parking is available. There is also a tennis court and a Snack Bar in the residence.

Access for guests

Guests have exclusive access to all spaces in the house. They can also use the outdoor condominium swimming pool and playroom free of charge. The Pool is open in the summer from June 15 to September 15 (approximate dates depending on the weather).

Use of the swimming pool is conditioned by the following rules: It is forbidden to use games, balls and any other objects that may cause annoyance to others. It is forbidden to dive from the edges. It is forbidden to bring alcohol into the pool. Access to children under the age of 14 is allowed ONLY in the presence of a parent.

Access is allowed only if equipped with a hygienic cap. The pool is equipped with a lifeguard service and has a height ranging from 1.0 m to 2.5 m. (The height of the pool is not recommended for children under 6 years old).

Guests have exclusive access to every area of the house. Plus, guests may use the outdoor shared swimming pool area and the recreation room free of charge. The pool area is open in summer from June 15th to September 15th (opening dates may vary due to weather conditions).

Regulations for shared swimming pool usage: Any fun play other than swimming (e.g. balls) that may disturb other guests should be avoided. Diving is not allowed. Alcoholic drinks are not permitted in the pool area. Children below the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Guests must wear a swimming cap before entering the pool. Lifeguard service is NOT provided. The pool has a minimum depth of 1.00 mt and a maximum of 2.50 mt (the pool depth is not advised for children below the age of 6).

Other things to keep in mind

The area is very quiet and peaceful, and it is requested to respect the residential context. It is possible to relax by the pool with a beautiful view of the landscape.

COVERED PARKING FOR ONE CAR SPACE IS OFFERED ON SITE.
