Dervio Kitehouse

Welcome to our Kite House, created specifically to offer guests a complete experience related to nature, relaxation, sports, hiking, beautiful walks and beautiful views. The house is located a short walk from the shore of Lake Dervio (3 minutes walk), it is within walking distance of the train station and the town center. There is a communal garden for moments of relaxation. The house is comfortable, located on two levels (ground floor and basement). NO ANIMALS / NO BABIES

The space

On the ground floor there is: living area and kitchen, with 42′ smart TV and wifi. Double bedroom (sleeps 2) with closet and 28′ smart TV. Bathroom with spacious shower. There is also an area where you can put down voluminous equipment example kitesurfing, boards, wetsuits etc. On the small terrace you can have breakfast, see the beautiful mountains and plan your day of vacation and relaxation! The dwelling is located in a very quiet area. It is therefore requested of all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.

Access for guests

We will welcome you in person! And the whole house will be at your disposal.

Other things to keep in mind

Please note there are stairs in the house, so the dwelling is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or small children. The terrace faces the common condominium garden, we ask that you respect the nature, privacy and relaxation of other residents of the condominium as well. (It is not possible to invite friends, have parties, hold loud music)
