We are pleased to announce the adoption of a new Code of Conduct for the protection of minors and the prevention of violence and harassment and an Organizational Model (ex Legislative Decree 231/01).
These important initiatives represent another step forward in our ongoing efforts to ensure a safe, inclusive and positive environment for all our students, clients and employees.
The new Code of Conduct clearly defines the expected behaviors and fundamental principles that guide our interactions, with a focus on protecting the youngest and preventing any form of abuse or discrimination.
At the same time, the adoption of the Organizational Model testifies to our desire to operate with the utmost transparency and responsibility, implementing procedures and internal controls aimed at preventing the commission of crimes and promoting an ethical and upstanding corporate culture.
We believe that these new certifications will help to further build confidence in our facility and make the experience at the Watersports Center even more peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.
