We are one of the most renowned schools in Lake Como, specializing in kitesurfing and other water sports (Wing Foil, Electric Foil, Electric and Standard SUP).
For years we have been the one-stop shop for those who want to learn, improve or simply have unforgettable experiences on the lake. Our mission is to offer high quality courses in a safe and professional environment.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for one motivated, dynamic, and competent kitesurfing instructor to join our team for the 2026 summer season, approximately from May 10, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The ideal candidate will already have experience in the role and be well-suited to working outdoors and in constant contact with customers.
Main requirements
- Kitesurfing instructor certification (e.g., IKO or VDWS);
- Teaching experience;
- Excellent communication skills and patience with students;
- Knowledge of water safety and equipment;
- Good knowledge of the English language (mandatory);
- Sunny attitude and ability to integrate well with the team;
- Strong passion for water sports.
Requirements of special interest
- Knowledge of a second language (e.g., French);
- Boat license;
- Residence in the area;
- Possible availability for spring and late summer camps in Italy and abroad.
